When our computer doesn't install text font used for your file, that font will be replaced by others. It is better to covert all fonts to curves or send us font file that is missing in our computer.

Here are two ways to settle text font substitutions.

1.How To Convert Fonts To Curves / Outlines In Adobe Illustrator

Select all the text on the document, Then go to > Type > Create outlines

Make sure you save a version for yourself where this hasn't been done, because once a document has been converted like this you can't undo it.

2. Find font in your computer and send it to us.

For example, if text font "global serif" is not unstalled in our computer, you should go to fonts files in your computer and send that font file to us.
